If there’s a problem ...

Product quality is a primary focus for Pyramid.  Rigorous controls at our ISO 9001 manufacturing facilities ensure that all our awnings and other accessories are ready for use and fit for purpose. On the very rare occasion that a customer experiences a problem with any Pyramid product our after sales team will deal with the matter in a professional and considerate manner and will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
