This policy covers all aspects of privacy and user confidentiality whilst you are using the Pyramid Outdoor website.
Under the Data Protection Act (1998), we are legally committed to protecting any and all information that we collect from you. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. As such we do not disclose individually identifiable information about you to any third party without your express permission, unless we are under legal obligation to do so.
Pyramid Outdoor does not store any unique information about you (such as your name, email address, etc.) except when you specifically and knowingly provide such information. We do, however, store all browsing information with specific regard to Browser Details and Configuration, IP address, Pages Navigated and Number of Visitors. The collation of this information enables us to enhance our service to our visitors and in no way infringes upon your privacy.
If you are not happy for your data to be used in this way, please click on the unsubscribe link within any email from Pyramid Outdoor and your details will be removed from our contact list within 7 days. Alternatively, email info@pyramidoutdoor.co.uk with 'Unsubscribe me' in the subject line.
Placing an order
When you place an order with Pyramid Outdoor, your card payment details are encrypted and transmitted in their encrypted form to our authorised secure payment processor. As soon as payment is authorised, our accounts system records the authorisation code only, which is used to reference your payment should we need to refund you.
Payments made via the telephone are manually entered into the payment system after which the same process is followed as written above.
Pyramid Outdoor do not store your payment details and take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless Pyramid Outdoor is negligent, we will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.

Use of cookies
